Technique: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Keeping both feet on the ground, move body weight over one foot. Shift and move your body weight over to the other foot. Continue shifting weight back and forth.
Skill Activities: Sway your body front to back. Sway your body from side to side. Hold hands in the air and sway arms from side to side. Hold hands out to the side and sway with body. Hold hands out and slowly move around like limbs of a tree. Sway to the rhythm of a song.
