Technique: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Hold your hands out to the side or on the hips. Twist at the waist by moving the upper body from side to side without moving your feet. Twist your neck by turning your head from side to side. Twist your ankles by balancing on one foot and turning your toes from one side to the other.
Skill Activities: Combine balancing and twisting body. Twist hand, arm, foot, leg. Twist more than one body part at the same time.
