Most continents are broken down into countries. A country is a nation with its own government that occupies a particular territory, or area of land.

North America includes the United States, Canada, and Mexico as well as the countries of Central America, Cuba, and Greenland. 
South America is divided into 13 countries. Can you find Argentina? 
Africa is divided into 54 countries. Can you find Egypt? 
Europe is divided into 51 countries. Find the United Kingdom, which is actually made up of four countries--England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. 
Asia is divided into 48 countries. Can you find China?
