Action: Move the body by stepping with one foot and dragging the other foot along behind.

Technique:

  • Step forward with your right foot.
  • Drag your left foot on the floor up next to your right foot.
  • Continue moving with this motion.

  • Slide facing forward.
  • Slide facing sideways.
  • Slide with your left foot in front and your right foot dragging.
  • Slide with your right foot in front and your left foot dragging.
  • Slide fast or slow.
  • Race your friends.
  • Time how fast you can slide from one place to another.
