Technique:
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Put one foot in front of the body.
- Stay tall, with arms bent at the elbow.
- Move your feet forward, one at a time, as quickly as you can.
- Swing your shoulders so your hands swing from your pocket to your cheek height.
- Rest when you get tired.
Skill Activities:
- Run as fast as you can.
- Run in a zig-zag pattern.
- Race your friends.
- Time how fast you can go from one place to another.
