Action: Move on your feet from one place to another as fast as you can.

Technique:

  • Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Put one foot in front of the body.
  • Stay tall, with arms bent at the elbow.
  • Move your feet forward, one at a time, as quickly as you can.
  • Swing your shoulders so your hands swing from your pocket to your cheek height.
  • Rest when you get tired.

  • Run as fast as you can.
  • Run in a zig-zag pattern.
  • Race your friends.
  • Time how fast you can go from one place to another.
