Technique:
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Put one foot in front of the body.
- Stay tall, with arms bent at the elbow.
- Move your feet forward, one foot in front of the other.
Skill Activities:
- Walk as fast as you can.
- Walk with small steps and then long steps.
- Walk on your toes and then your heels.
- Walk backwards (turn your head and watch where you are going).
- Walk in a zig-zag pattern.
- Walk in shapes (circle, square, triangle, figure-eight).
- Walk with your knees as high as you can.
- Walk and kick your buttocks with each step.
- Walk with your knees touching.
- Walk without bending your knees.
