Technique: Dribble the ball with your right hand. Twist your upper body so your left shoulder is pointing at the defender. Bend your left elbow, and hold your arm between the ball and the defender. When you switch to dribble with your left hand, turn your right shoulder toward the defender, and hold your right arm between them and the ball.
