Technique: Hold the ball with two hands at the chest. The thumbs should be pointed down with the elbows out. Take one step toward the target and push the ball down and out. The ball should bounce just over half way to the target. The ball should bounce up to the other player so they catch it just above waist level.
Skill Activities: Pass the ball at a wall, and catch it as it bounces back. Pass the ball back and forth with a friend as quickly as you can.
