Basketball Bounce Pass
Learn how to bounce-pass a basketball.
Goal:

Technique:
- Hold the ball with two hands at the chest.
- The thumbs should be pointed down with the elbows out.
- Take one step toward the target and push the ball down and out.
- The ball should bounce just over half way to the target.
- The ball should bounce up to the other player so they catch it just above waist level.

Skill Activities:
- Pass the ball at a wall, and catch it as it bounces back.
- Pass the ball back and forth with a friend as quickly as you can.
