Equipment: basketball, 4-6 cones Type of Exercise: manipulative Action: Dribble a basketball while moving in a zigzag pattern.
Technique: Set up the cones in a zigzag pattern. Starting at one end, dribble the ball to the first cone. Change directions and dribble to the next cone. Continue on until you reach the final cone.
Skill Activities: When you reach a cone, switch the hand you are dribbling the ball with. See how fast you can dribble back and forth between the cones.
