How can you easily talk about or describe color?

There are several properties of color you should be familiar with during this course. Knowing and understanding the properties below will help you to understand and express ideas about color and design.

A color with no hue, such as neutral grays, white, or black

This is the warmth or coolness of a color. Generally, warm colors have a red base, and cool colors have a blue base, but this formula is not always reliable. For example, one color, red-violet, has both red and blue in it. This is true for other color combinations as well
