Benjamin Franklin researched electricity and the lightning rod. He also invented things like bifocals and the Franklin stove. Albert Einstein developed the theory of relativity, and he is also famous for creating the equation E = mc2. Barbara McClintock was a scientist who researched genetics and DNA. Thomas Edison invented the first incandescent light bulb and the phonograph. Henry Ford founded the Ford Company and created the first assembly line for making automobiles. Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone. |
