Welcome to the Pressroom!
What will you put on your magazine cover?
Goal:
Goal:
You’ll need to include an illustration and a caption for each of the ten topics covered in this lesson. If you need more information about any topic as you design the cover, please feel free to look back at past lessons in this course. You’ll want to include a caption for each illustration. Be sure that the captions give enough information (but not too much) about the topic to draw the reader in. You want people to buy the magazine and read the articles inside!
You have also been given the very important task of choosing a title for this issue of the magazine. Choose a title that covers all of the topics in this lesson and, eventually, in the magazine. You may want to choose a title after you’ve designed the cover. That way, you’ll be able to see all ten topics together. Make sure you place each illustration and caption in a neat and attractive way on the cover, while making it clear what content is covered in this issue.
Use this rubric to guide you as you work. It will help you to remember all the details to include on your cover. Click the Rubric button to access the rubric.
Good luck, and congratulations on your new job!
