Objectives

  2. Describe the terms agreed upon by the 3 leaders at the Potsdam Conference.
  3. Discuss the development of the United Nations as a replacement for the League of Nations.
  4. Explain the division of Germany post World War II.

  1. Outline the events that led to England's declaration of war on Germany.
  2. Describe the creation of the Axis powers and Allied forces and name the countries included in each.
  3. Explain what happened on December 7, 1941, and the U.S.'s response.
