You can create a skip counting chart made with handprints.
This is what you will need:
- Various colors of construction paper
- Pencil
- Scissors
- 10 pieces of white paper
- Tape
- Glue
Directions:
- Trace both your left and right hand on a piece of construction paper.
- Cut out the tracings, and glue them next to each other in the middle of a white piece of paper.
- Write the number 10 below the hands.
- Choose a different color of construction paper and trace both hands again.
- Cut them out and glue on the second sheet of white paper and write 20 below them.
- Repeat this process until you have 10 sets of hand prints and have reached 100.
- Attach each piece of paper side-by-side with a piece of tape to create a "Counting by 10s" number line.
