Where in the World?

You will create simple maps of countries you learned about in previous lessons. Follow these steps, and answer the questions. Write your answers in your lesson worksheet. 

1. Do a web search for a world map. Or, if you already have a paper world map, you can use that. Find China, Africa, and Celtic Ireland on the world map. Find China, Africa, and Ireland on the world map.
   
   Start with China:
   • Draw a simple outline of China. Label it.
   • Draw a compass rose on the map.
