The Tropic of Capricorn is an imaginary latitude line below the equator at 23.5° S.

On June 21, the sun is exactly over the Tropic of Cancer at noon. This marks the beginning of summer in the northern hemisphere.
On December 21, the sun is exactly over the Tropic of Capricorn at noon. This marks the beginning of winter in the northern hemisphere.
Question
What imaginary line are both the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn near?
They are near the equator.
