Remember that the Inca did not know about the wheel.

Stone were cut with such precision that they didn't require mortar.

They used only simple tools of wood, stone, and bronze, and had to use ropes to move stones to build structures. The stones were so finely carved that mortar was not needed to fill the gaps between them. This was truly a remarkable civilization.

Inca artists produced fine weaving, metalworking, and pottery. Women spun and wove cloth on looms, using wool from the alpaca and llama. Cotton was used as well. They used a backstrap loom. One end was tied to a tree or post while the other end was tied to a band around the weaver’s back. By moving back from the tree, the weaver could tighten the threads on the loom.
