My bedtime routine begins at 7:30 p.m. when my mom starts her exercise routine. First, I do sit-ups and leg lifts with her. She says I keep her going. Then, I take a bubble bath and get ready for bed. I read a bedtime story to my little sister. She is two. My grandmother listens also. Lastly, the Sandman comes, and I go to sleep.
