Your Business Plan

What kind of business will you start?

Goal:

Goal:

Children selling lemonade in front of their home.

If you could start your own business, what would it be? What would you sell?

For this activity, you will choose a business to start. For example, you might decide to start a lemonade stand, make and sell slime, make and sell friendship bracelets, etc. You could also start a business that provides a service for someone. For example, you might rake leaves, wash cars, or shovel snow. Your business should be something you can do.

  • Write what you will be selling and the cost.
  • Identify any risks that may be involved in your business and the steps you need to take to protect your business.
  • List any important choices you need to make to have a successful and profitable business.

When you are finished, submit your assignment to your teacher with your Weekly Written Work.

You will be graded using this rubric.
