In this module, you’ve learned classroom vocabulary, definite and indefinite articles, how to ask questions and use question words, and most recently, color vocabulary. Most of those concepts were taught to you separately, but that’s not how language works. All these pieces of language—both grammar and vocabulary—are used together to help you communicate. You’ll need to remember concepts and vocabulary from different lessons to complete the next activity.

Using what you’ve learned over the past few lessons, respond to the following prompts. When you are finished, compare your answers to the sample answers provided.
For example:
Tell someone the colors of the French flag. Les couleurs du drapeau français sont bleu, blanc, et rouge.
Ask someone what their favorite color is.

Ask if Michael has the red folders. (Use avoir.)
Say you have a black and white dog.
Ask if Justine and Laurent have the gold watch. (Use avoir.)
