Now try something a little more challenging.

This time, you'll use your knowledge of tessellations and transformations to build a more complex design all on your own. You'll have some steps to follow, but the shapes you repeat should be your own creation. Just be sure to use at least two different shapes. To make sure your drawing has all the characteristics of tessellations, you'll need to choose two or more shapes that can fit together on your starting square. And you'll need to make sure that any shape on your drawing fits into a group of congruent shapes.
