Objectives
Students will:
- Describe the career and court of Chief Justice John Marshall.
- Explain or analyze how these Supreme Court decisions affected the US: Marbury v. Madison, McColloch v. Maryland, and Gibbons v. Ogden.
- Evaluate the impact, overall, of the Marshall Court on the U.S. judicial branch.
