Objectives
Students will:
- Define the triangular trade route and explain why the use of enslaved workers increased in the colonies.
- Distinguish between the regions in the colonies and tell how they differed from one another.
- Identify the people who had the right to vote in colonial legislatures.
- Outline how European wars spread to the American colonies and identify the important people involved with those conflicts.
- Identify the purpose of the Albany Plan of Union.
- Contrast the lives of young people in colonial America with those of today’s youth.
