Objectives
Students will:
- Define "court packing" and assess its impact on key Supreme Court decisions.
- Analyze key points from FDR's Quarantine speech.
- Explain the challenges FDR faced during his second term because of the recession of 1938, including how that recession impacted the New Deal.

- Recognize factors that contributed to the Great Depression.
- Explain how the Stock Market Crash of 1929 affected the economy immediately and over the next few months and years.
