Handwriting is a fundamental skill learned in grades K-6 and lays the groundwork for effective written communication as well as the opportunity personal expression. From learning to form the first strokes in kindergarten to mastering cursive lettering in later grades, handwriting can evolve into a powerful tool for both creativity and academic success. In the tabs below, you’ll find videos and worksheets to help you teach the art of cursive writing to your student. These activities are not embedded in your learning management system, as not all schools require this in their language arts curriculum. If you want to assign them to your students for a grade, you will need to create an activity with a drop box.
