Complete these activities to discover where and how animals make their homes.1. Go out in your neighborhood, and look for evidence of an animal home.
2. Draw pictures of these homes in your Main Lesson Book. Label the animals and types of homes you find. Describe where they live as well.3. Optional: Some animals sew to make their homes. Go out in nature, and find two leaves that can be sewn together. Using a needle and thread, sew the two leaves together just like the weaver ant does. Make an ant's nest by sewing a bunch of leaves together.
