Action: Move the body with a step and hop motion. High-knee skip is when you bring your knee as high as you can with each hop.

Technique:

  • Step forward with your right foot.
  • Bring your left knee into the air as high as you can.
  • Hop with your right foot.
  • Step forward with your left foot.
  • Bring your right knee into the air as high as you can.
  • Hop with your left foot.
  • Continue this motion.
