Goal: Show times on a digital clock from
1 to 12.

Elmer the Elephant used an analog clock on his journey. Do you remember what an analog clock looks like?

Francisco the Fish has a different kind of clock on his watch. Instead of a circle with hour and minute marks, Francisco’s watch shows numbers, or digits, on a screen. Do you remember what Francisco’s digital watch looks like?

A digital clock uses one or two digits to display the hours and two digits to display the minutes.

Elmer wants to have a snack with Gino the Giraffe at 3 o’clock. Here is 3 o’clock on Elmer’s analog watch.

Elmer wants to play with Zina the Zebra. He decides to meet Zina at 4 o’clock. What would Elmer see on an analog clock at that time? What would he see on a digital clock?
