You know how people make money, which is usually by working, or having a job. So what kind of job do you want to have when you grow up? You will get the chance to explore some super cool jobs in a variety of industries as you start thinking about what you may might want to do when you're older.
An industry is a group of businesses or manufacturers that produce a particular type of good or service. Some industries you may have heard of are agriculture, construction, communication, business, education, finance, government, health care, technology, transportation, public safety, and manufacturing. Within each industry are many different jobs that require a variety of skills.
Agriculture, Food, and Resources Industries
Do you like plants, animals, and trees? Do you think it would be fun to explore Earth's natural resources? If you said yes, then one of these industries might be for you. Some of the jobs in these industries include farmers, landscapers, veterinarians, natural resource specialists, and forest workers. Construction and Architect Industries
Do you like to build things? Do you like to draw or design things? If you said yes, then one of these industries might be something that interests you. Some jobs in the construction and architech industries include construction workers, architects, designers, electricians, and painters. Communications, Arts, and Technology Industries
