Advantage: You will learn how well she speaks English and how much she knows.	Disadvantage: It may be hard to understand her, and it isn't helping her learn more.

Advantage: You will be teaching her new words in English.	Disadvantage: You won't be teaching her conversation words, just vocabulary.

Advantage: You will be able to communicate better with her.	Disadvantage: Learning a new language can be hard. Also, this isn't helping her learn English.
