What is a conflict?

Some kids that are in conflict with one another.

A conflict is a problem that people have with each other. In this lesson, you will explore and practice ways to solve conflicts. You may have conflicts at school or on the playground. You may have conflicts at home or with your friends.

When you have a conflict, you need to find a way to solve it. Practicing how to solve problems helps prepare you for conflicts that might happen in real life. Look at each picture and description. Think about how you might solve the conflict. Then, click each picture to see what happened to solve the conflict.

Both friends should clean it up. That is how to solve a problem together.

Go to meet them with a trusted adult. Make a new friend. That is how you solve the problem.
