Going to Class

Going to class is easy! All of your courses appear on the home page when you log in. Let’s take a closer look!

These are your course cards. You can see your current progress and grades at a glance, along with your start and end dates. To begin learning, just click the course card.

Once you’re inside a class, you will see all the activities you need to complete. You might also find some helpful info and announcements at the top of your syllabus.

The first item to review Is the Getting Started activity. Select the link to open the lesson.

Right away, you might notice the support tool bar near the top of your screen. This study tool can text read aloud, translate a highlighted section to a different language, look up definitions in both words and pictures, add a mask to help focus your reading, or enlarge the text as it is read. Practice with the tool bar in this lesson.

Your lessons are divided into pages, and each page is full of useful info, interesting videos, helpful selfchecks, fun games, and more. Make sure you study each page carefully and review any unclear information as you go.

Once you reach the last page, click Mark This Activity Complete. Great job! You’ve finished your first lesson!

Now you can click Next Activity to move to the next item in your course. It may be a quiz, assignment, journal, discussion, or other learning activity.

When you’re ready to leave the lesson view, click the back arrow to return to your syllabus. You’ll notice a little check mark next to your completed activities.

You can also click the main menu at the top and choose Student App to go back to your homepage.

When you’re done, go you your profile menu and choose Logout.
