What is migration?

What do you think happens when an animal cannot find enough food to eat? What happens if it gets too cold where they live? Animals do not just hang around and hope things get better. They migrate.

Migration means to move from one habitat to another. When animals migrate, they do it during a particular season. Animals migrate for different reasons. Sometimes, they migrate for one reason.
