Imagine you are leaving your home and you have no idea where you are going that day. What are some reasons you might go out exploring? Maybe you would like to make new friends, or maybe you would like to see the ocean for the first time.

You learned about many different explorers in this lesson. But you did not learn about all of them! There are many, many explorers in history. Do you think you can remember the explorers from this lesson?

Click and drag each event and place it in the order it happened in the Age of Exploration. Once you have the events in the correct order, you will get a thumbs up. Go back and look through the timeline again if you need help!

The Age of Exploration begins in the nation of Portugal under the leadership of Henry the Navigator.
