Technique: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Put one foot in front of the body. Stay tall with arms bent at the elbow. Move your feet forward, one foot in front of the other.
Skill Activities: Walk as fast as you can. Walk with small steps and then long steps. Walk on your toes and then your heels. Walk backwards (turn your head and watch where you are going). Walk in a zigzag pattern. Walk in shapes (circle, square, triangle, figure-eight). Walk with your knees as high as you can. Walk and kick your buttocks with each step. Walk with your knees touching. Walk without bending your knees.
