Technique: Hold the ends of the rope in each hand on each side of the body. Start with the rope touching the ground in front of your feet. Spin the rope up over your head and around your body. Jump over the rope when it hits the ground behind you. Continue to spin the rope and jump.
Skill Activities: Count how many times in a row you can jump the rope. Have a contest with a friend. Try jumping the rope while you turn it as fast as you can.
