Technique: Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Put one foot in front of the body. Stay tall with arms bent at the elbow. Move your feet forward, one at a time, as quickly as you can. Swing your shoulders so your hands swing from your pocket to your cheek. Rest when you get tired.
Skill Activities: Run as fast as you can. Run in a zigzag pattern. Race your friends. Time how fast you can go from one place to another.
