Technique: Stand with one foot in front of the other. Step with your front foot. Drag your back foot up toward the front foot. Continue to step and shuffle. The same foot will step each time. After a while, you can switch foot positions.
Skill Activities: Gallop slowly or as fast as you can. Gallop with your right foot in front. Gallop with your left foot in front. Gallop in different shape patterns (circle, square, triangle, figure-eight, etc.). Gallop backwards. Race a friend galloping instead of running.
