Goal:Formulate the product of a multiplication sentence using the commutative property and an array.
The carnival has a ferris wheel. Striped colored tents, a merry go round, a roller coaster. There are balloons placed around the carnival. Off in the distance you can see hot air balloons in the sky along with the city. It looks like so much fun.
Caleb needs your help to count all of the tickets the class needs! You will need a crayon, marker, or colored pencil to draw shapes for arrays. On the worksheet below, you will use the commutative property to solve multiplication equations and check them with arrays. Then, you will create a ticket list for Caleb’s class!
