How will you make a decision?

As you learned in this lesson, we all make many decisions every day. Many of our decisions are made automatically, almost without thinking. But others require deep and, sometimes, creative thought. Decisions that affect your health can be some of the most complicated and important decisions that you make.

For this week’s activity, you will select a health decision in your own life and work through the decision-making process outlined in the lesson.
