Many other web hosting options are available online, but many of them come with subscription fees and the cost of renting a custom domain name. These services are near vital for business websites, but for practice, Neocities has enough features to help you set up your website.
You will not need to download a separate FTP client, either. Neocities has a file uploading service built in, and we will go over how to use their system. But before we do any of that, let's register an account with Neocities.
