Objectives
Students will:
- Identify the factors that influence an individual's political attitudes and actions.
- Define and provide examples of grassroots political groups.
- Describe the processes used by individuals and grassroots groups to impact public policy and government behavior.
- Identify examples of political changes brought about by grassroots groups and/or individuals.
- Analyze historical and contemporary examples of grassroots movements that were able to bring about political change.
