Physical attributes assist in your athletic performance. As a potential athlete in any sport or activity, there are physical skills that you must possess and improve upon in order to maintain and improve your athlete performance.

Remember, that cardiovascular fitness is one of the most important components of being able to participate in any activity or sport. Cardiovascular exercises (aerobic conditioning) allow you to perform your activity for a short or long period of time without getting fatigued. Aerobic activities for training can be running, jogging, using cardio machines, doing steps, and running bleachers for long or short periods of time depending on the sport or activity you are training for.
