Look around your neighborhood or a park for ants. Spend some quiet time each day this week just watching them. Follow them with your eyes and see how they walk; where they walk. Each day, try to watch for a little bit longer. To follow a single ant with the eyes without losing it under a leaf or getting it confused with the other ants around it takes intense concentration.
