Submitting Audio

Narrator: Once you’re happy with your recording, it’s time to send it to your teacher for grading. You might need your Learning Coach’s help with this part. Click on the file that you want to send, and a download window will appear. Find a place on your computer to save your file. It’s a good idea to make a special folder for your school work that is easy to find and won’t accidentally get deleted. Rename the audio file with your name and the name of the assignment, then press save. Now log in to your online class, and find the recording assignment that you just completed. Click Open to bring up the submit assignment window. Press the Choose File button and browse to your recording on your computer, then click Open. You can leave a note to your teacher in the text box below. Clicking Save will put a copy of your work online, but will not turn it in to your teacher. To send your assignment to your teacher for grading, press submit. Your teacher will get back to you right away with a grade and comments for improvement. Great work!
