What kinds of books will I read?

Your teacher will assess your reading level at the beginning of the class. It is called a "running record". If your teacher does not provide a login right away, please be sure to ask about it. Once you know your reading level, your teacher will assign you books. Be sure to read often!
Whenever you see Reading Rhino, it means it's time to read an Independent Reading book.
Each week, you will turn in an independent reading assignment and your teacher will assess your reading level every few weeks through another "running record". If you ever have questions, you can ask your teacher about this.
