Your learning coach can help you with:
- logging in to class
- getting your materials needed for school
- submitting your work
- scheduling the learning sessions with your teacher
- contacting your teacher
Contact information can be found in class. You can email your teacher and talk to your teacher. Your teacher will help you with:
- understanding your lessons
- improving your reading
- handwriting
- choosing books to read
- loving school
If something is wrong with your class, talk to your learning coach. Your learning coach can call our help desk between 8am to 10pm EST. The support hotline phone number is 866-705-5575. Your learning coach should contact the help desk when:
- you are unable to proceed within your course
- you notice severe slowness or automatic log-outs
- you have not had a response from a teacher within 24 hours
Your learning coach can also submit a help desk ticket online.
