How can I make sure my writing is ready to publish?

Today is the day! It's time to publish our personal narratives. You already revised and edited your rough draft, so you should be ready to publish your personal narrative.
Read through your personal narrative one last time. Remember, reading it aloud can help you catch things that you might miss reading it silently. Are there any finishing touches you would like to add? Maybe a picture to go along with your story?
When you feel like your personal narrative is ready, print it out and hand it in to your teacher. If you chose to handwrite your personal narrative, make sure you have a clean, neat copy to hand in to your teacher.
