audio buttonThis week, we will be writing a problem and solution paragraph. Before we do that, though, let's take a look at what a problem and solution paragraph looks like.

audio buttonThe Disappearing Homework

boy looking through bagThis morning, I made a terrible discovery as I was getting ready for school. I couldn't find my math homework! I knew I had completed it last night, but this morning it was nowhere to be found. I had a decision to make. Was I going to spend the next fifteen minutes before the bus came to search the house, or was I going to redo my homework? I decided I would just redo it. I couldn't risk not finding it. I knew I would be in big trouble if I didn't have it, so I quickly completed the assignment again while eating my breakfast. I finished just as the bus pulled up outside. It was a close call, but I made it. I'll be more careful about where I put my homework from now on!
