Story Retell
Now, it's your turn to tell the story, "The Fisherman and His Wife."
Goal:

Write the story in your own words and answer the following questions in your Main Lesson Book. Try to include as many details as you can.
Steps:
- What "goods" in the story did the wife desire? What "services" did she desire?
- The wife in the story had unlimited desires. What happened when the wife wanted more and more? Was she ever happy? What "goods" might you ask for if you met the fish in the story?
- Write your own version of "The Fisherman and His Wife."
- Finish the sentence "If I was granted all the goods I desire, I would wish for..." and draw pictures of the things you would wish for.
- Finish the sentence "If I was granted all the services I desire, I would wish for..." and draw pictures of the services you might ask for. What would you want someone to do for you around your home? What would you want someone to do for you in your neighborhood or in the world?
- Finish the sentence "If I was granted all the goods I desire, I would wish for..." and draw pictures of the things you would wish for.
